Mr. Bethel is the director of Frazier Capital Valuation (fraziercapital.com). He specializes in the valuation of private/public equity businesses and financial instruments, the assets of these businesses, as well as consulting on purchasing and selling privately held businesses.

Previously, Mr. Bethel was the Chief Financial Officer of J. Hewitt Inc., a global medical manufacturing company, having operations in Japan and Australia, and the United States. Good Practice & Theory

I consider both Business Valuations Resource Guide and Business Valuation Rules of Thumb and Formula Resource Guide to be outstanding resources. Author Stephen Bethel does a great job of presenting the theory behind business valuation along with the practical, step-by-step application of valuation techniques. These resource are useful for both sutdents and practitioners.
